Excellent customer service

The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in good condition, and meet our return criteria. Please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you need to exchange an item, please indicate the item you want to exchange in your return request. We will arrange the exchange for you as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.

The refund will be processed after we confirm that the product meets the return conditions and will usually be returned to your payment account within 3-5 business days.
